Singing In A Choir Boosts Immune System

A reasearch made at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfut, Germany, shows that singing in a choir boosts the immune system. Two groups were compared in the stydy: choir singers and listeners to the choir music. Positive effects in the emotional state and in the immune system were found within the singers. Same kinds of effects were not found in the group of listeners.
